20th March 2012well that's another one down and boy did i suffer on this one with about 20 mls to go i had nothing left , but i managed to get round somehow and finished in about 7:50, i think the big mistake was driving up and back to pembs in 1 day, still, if you don't make mistakes how can you learn....

5th March 2012mission accomplished, at 12:08 appx. the mighty pendine hill was beaten and i went onto finish the course in 3hr 4min.So now onward to longleat and the lions.....!
