Story
On 18th August 2012 I am taking up the challenge of racing a steam train over 14 miles to raise money and awareness for the Hannah Gwilliam forever fund and Meningitis uk. The event is part of the annual Race the Train in Tywyn West Wales, and will involve racing a train along the Talyllyn Railway on its journey to Abergynolwyn and back. The terrain is best described as being mixed (mainly fields) and more commonly described as very wet and muddy. The aim is to complete the 14 mile course before the train in a time of just over 1hr45... This should be some challenge, but it is something I wanted to do as I feel Hannah always looked to take on new challenges.Updates
